10 Timing Functions
The FCT18-X offers comprehensive timing solutions with 10 distinct functions. Select a function to view its detailed operation:
Ak: On-Delay with Control Signal
Sequence:
- Control signal(S) applied – timing starts
- After preset time (T) – output (R) closes
- Output (R) remains closed till control signal(S) is removed
Ck: Symmetrical Flashing (Starting Off)
Sequence:
- Control signal(S) applied – output (R) starts in open state
- After preset time (T) – output switches to closed state
- After preset time (T) – output switches to open state
- Cycle continues while Control signal(S) is present
Dk: Symmetrical Flashing (Starting On)
Sequence:
- Control signal(S) applied – output (R) starts in closed state
- After preset time (T) – output switches to open state
- After preset time (T) – output switches to closed state
- Cycle continues while Control signal(S)t is present
Je: Pulse After Delay
Sequence:
- Control signal(S) applied – timing starts
- After preset time (T) – output closes
- Output(R) remains closed for preset time (T)
- After time T – output(R) opens
- Output(R) remains open until next control signal
L: Alternating On/Off Delay
Sequence:
- First control signal(S): on-delay starts, output(R) closes after T
- Second control signal(S): off-delay starts, output(R) opens after T
- Subsequent control signals alternate between on-delay and off-delay
- Control signal will be invalid during timing
Q: Repeating Interval with Reset
Sequence:
- The first control signal(S) applied: output(R) closes immediately, then opens after preset time (T)
- when first control signal(S) removed: output(R) closes immediately, then opens after preset time (T)
- The following control signals applied: output closes immediately, then opens after 2T
- Control signal will be invalid during timing
Gr: On-Delay with Signal Ignore
Sequence:
- Control signal(S) applied –timing starts
- After preset time (T) – output(R) closes
- Output remains closed until next control signal(S) applied
- Control signal will be invalid during timing
As: On-Delay with Control Signal
Sequence:
- Control signal(S) applied –timing starts
- After preset time (T) – output(R) closes
- Output remains closed until next control signal(S) applied
- If control signal(S) reapplied timing T – timer resets
A: Power On-Delay
Sequence:
- Power(Un) applied – timing starts
- After preset time (T) – output (R) closes
- Output (R) remains closed while power is present
- Output (R) opens immediately when power is removed
B: Interval
Sequence:
- Power(Un) applied – output (R) closes immediately
- Timing starts simultaneously
- After preset time (T) – output(R) opens
- Output (R) remains open while power is present
