10 Timing Functions

The FCT18-N offers comprehensive timing solutions with 10 distinct functions. Select a function to view its detailed operation:

A: Power On-Delay

A-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Power(Un) applied – timing starts
  • After preset time (T) – output (R) closes
  • Output (R) remains closed while power is present
  • Output (R) opens immediately when power is removed

As: On-Delay with Control Signal

as-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S) applied –timing starts
  • After preset time (T) – output(R) closes
  • Output remains closed until next control signal(S) applied
  • Control signal can be shorter or longer than T

Aw: On-Delay with Summation Control

aw-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S) applied – accumulation starts
  • Control signal(S) removed – accumulation pauses
  • When accumulated time reaches preset time (T) – output closes

B: Interval

b-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Power(Un) applied – output (R) closes immediately
  • Timing starts simultaneously
  • After preset time (T) – output(R) opens
  • Output (R) remains open while power is present

Bs: Single Interval with Control Signal

bs-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S) applied – output (R) closed and timing starts
  • After preset time (T) – output(R) opens
  • Output remains open until next control signal(S) applied
  • Control signal can be shorter or longer than T

Bw: Off-Delay with Summation Control

bw-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Power(Un) applied – output(R) closes immediately
  • Control signal(S) applied – accumulation starts
  • Control signal(S) removed – accumulation pauses
  • When accumulated time reaches preset time (T) – output opens

Cs: Symmetrical Flashing (Starting Off)

cs-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S) applied – output (R) starts in open state
  • After preset time (T) – output switches to closed state
  • After preset time (T) – output switches to open state

Ds: Symmetrical Flashing (Starting On)

ds-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S)applied – output (R) starts in closed state
  • After preset time (T) – output switches to open state
  • After preset time (T) – output switches to closed state

Fe: Double Interval with Control Signal

fe-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S) applied – output(R) closes and timing starts
  • After preset time (T) – output(R) opens
  • Output(R) closes again when control signal(S) removed
  • After preset time (T) – output(R) opens

Js: Pulse Delayed Relay (1s Fixed)

Js-function-diagram

Sequence:

  • Control signal(S) applied – timing starts
  • After preset time (T) – output(R) closes for1s
  • Output(R) opens automatically after 1s
  • Output(R) remains open until next control signal
