The first control signal (S) applied: output (R) closes immediately, then opens after preset time (T).

When first control signal (S) is removed: output (R) closes immediately, then opens after preset time (T).

The following control signals applied: output closes immediately, then opens after 2T.

Control signal will be invalid during timing.
