Key Benefits:
- Prevents fluid stagnation and system blockages
- Adapts to variable operation via retriggering
- Reduces maintenance costs from system fouling
Access Control Systems
Delays locking of industrial gates/doors after access authorization ends, with retrigger capability to extend access periods dynamically.
Key Benefits:
- Prevents entrapment during access transitions
- Retrigger feature accommodates extended access needs
- Integrates seamlessly with security systems
Automated Process Control
Coordinates staged startup of production line components with retrigger capability to adapt to process variations.
Key Benefits:
- Ensures process integrity during startup sequences
- Retrigger adapts to unexpected process variations
- Reduces downtime from sequence adjustments
Timing Sequence
Timing Operation:
1. Control signal (S) applied – timing period T starts
2. After preset time (T) – output (R) closes
3. Output (R) remains closed as long as control signal (S) is present
Retrigger Function:
During the timing period T, if the control signal (S) is cycled (removed and reapplied), the timing restarts from zero.
Wiring
Connection Guide:
Standard DIN rail mounting with screw terminals for secure industrial connections:
- A1/A2: Power supply terminals
- S: Control signal input
- 11/12/14 & 21/22/24: Output contacts (C/O)
