Intermittent Cooling Systems

Maintains cooling fans after equipment shutdown, accumulating cooling time during intermittent operation cycles for optimal thermal management.

Key Benefits:

  • Accumulates cooling time during multiple cycles
  • Pauses timing when equipment restarts
  • Prevents overheating during complex operations

Accumulated Safety Lighting

Delays shutdown of pathway lighting after multiple short power interruptions, accumulating dark periods for safe evacuation.

Key Benefits:

  • Accumulates time during intermittent power losses
  • Ensures safe evacuation in complex scenarios
  • Compliant with industrial safety standards

Production Line Cleanup

Activates post-production cleanup systems after accumulated operation time, ensuring thorough cleaning after complex processes.

Key Benefits:

  • Accumulates cleaning time during production runs
  • Pauses during short interruptions
  • Maintains production line hygiene

Fluid System Purge Cycles

Maintains valve actuation for accumulated time after pump shutdown, purging residual fluids from pipes during intermittent operations.

Key Benefits:

  • Accumulates purge time during multiple cycles
  • Prevents fluid stagnation in complex systems
  • Reduces maintenance costs from system fouling

Robotic Post-Processing

Delays robotic shutdown after accumulated operation time, completing post-processing tasks during intermittent production.

Key Benefits:

  • Accumulates processing time across cycles
  • Ensures complete finishing operations
  • Optimizes robotic system efficiency

Furnace Cooldown Control

Manages cooling systems after accumulated heating time, ensuring safe temperature reduction during batch processing.

Key Benefits:

  • Accumulates cooling time during heating cycles
  • Prevents thermal shock to furnace components
  • Extends equipment lifespan

Timing Sequence
