💡 Naming convention: W = Wide voltage (12–240V AC/DC), N = NPN trigger (S to A2), P = PNP trigger (S to A1), 1 = 1×SPDT, 2 = 2×SPDT. Control terminal S is used for several functions (e.g., retriggerable interval, bistable, pulse delay).

⚠️ Safety Note: Keep the power supply disconnected during installation. Follow the wiring diagram closely. Respect specified voltage/current limits for each terminal.
NPN models (WN): Control signal between S and A2.
PNP models (WP): Control signal between S and A1.
Terminal S is used in functions E, F, G, I, J (and can be left open for A, B, C, D, H if not required).
🛠️ Parameter Setting Guide
- Enter Configuration Mode: Press and hold the button until the LED starts flashing. You are now in the parameter menu.
- Select Function (A–J): The first setting is the function code. Use the button to cycle through A, B, C, ... J, then confirm by pressing and holding until the LED pattern changes.
- Set Time Range(s): Depending on the function, set coarse time range and fine time for T1 (and T2 if applicable). When the green LED lights, add 5% to the scale value for precise timing.
- Confirm and Store: After all parameters are adjusted, press and hold the button until the LED stops flashing. The settings are stored.
- Power Cycle to Activate: Turn the supply off and on again. The relay will now operate with the new function and timing values.

🔹 How do I select a function (e.g., Function E – Off-Delay)?
Enter configuration mode by long-pressing the button until the LED flashes. The first parameter is the function code. Cycle through letters A–J using short presses, then long-press to confirm. The next parameters will be the time ranges for that specific function.
🔹 Do I need to wire the S terminal for all functions?
No. Functions A, B, C, D, and H operate autonomously from the supply voltage (S can be left open). Functions E, F, G, I, and J require the S control signal to initiate timing or toggling. Always check the function diagram for your chosen mode.
🔹 Can I use this relay on both AC and DC?
Yes. The FCT18-M accepts 12–240V AC or DC on terminals A1–A2, making it universal for worldwide control panels.
🔹 What is the accuracy of the timing?
The digital setting provides 0% setting deviation (no potentiometer drift) and 0.2% repeat accuracy, ensuring extremely precise timing cycles every time.
🔹 What is the mechanical life of the output contacts?
The relay has an outstanding mechanical life of 1×10⁷ operations. Electrical life is 1×10⁵ operations at rated 16A/250V AC load.
🔹 Can I change the function without losing my time settings?
When you enter configuration mode and select a new function, the default time range for that function is loaded. We recommend noting down your preferred values before changing, as previous settings for the prior function will be overwritten.
