📈 Function Diagram – Overvoltage & Undervoltage Protection (Auto Reset)
• The relay monitors single-phase voltage via terminals S1–S2.
• When supply voltage A1-A2 is applied and the monitored voltage is within the set thresholds, the output relay R closes (NO contact 11-14 makes).
• If voltage goes above the overvoltage threshold, the output relay R opens after the set time delay. It will re-close when voltage drops below the overvoltage reset value (determined by the set hysteresis percentage).
• If voltage drops below the undervoltage threshold, the output relay R opens after the set time delay. It will re-close when voltage rises above the undervoltage reset value.
• Auto Reset: No manual intervention is required. The relay automatically re-energizes when the monitored voltage returns to within the reset window, making it ideal for unattended equipment protection.

🔧 Wiring & Terminal Layout
Terminal Identification
Supply (A1–A2): Connect to 12–240V AC/DC to power the relay.
Monitoring (S1–S2): Connect the circuit whose voltage is to be monitored. For DC models, observe correct polarity.
Output (11-12-14): SPDT contact rated 16A @ 250V AC. Wire in series with the load or alarm circuit.
🛠️ Parameter Setting Guide
- Enter Parameter Setting Mode: Press and hold the button until the LED starts flashing. This indicates you have entered the configuration mode.
- Set Overvoltage Threshold (U>): Adjust the upper trip voltage. When the monitored voltage exceeds this value, the relay will open after the time delay.
- Set Undervoltage Threshold (U<): Adjust the lower trip voltage. When the monitored voltage drops below this value, the relay will open after the time delay.
- Set Hysteresis: Choose the hysteresis percentage (typically 1% or 2%). This determines the reset voltage: overvoltage reset = U> × (1 - hysteresis%); undervoltage reset = U< × (1 + hysteresis%). This prevents oscillation around the trip points.
- Set Time Delay: Adjust the delay before tripping on voltage faults. This also applies to the initial closing delay upon power-up.
- Confirm and Store: After all parameters are adjusted, press and hold the button until the LED stops flashing. The settings are stored and take effect immediately.
